The building was constructed in 1924 and was originally designed as a residential and commercial property for the brothers Ivan, Metodi, and Slavcho Tsekovi. Today, it holds the status of immovable cultural heritage. During the restoration process, the facade plasters were renewed, and the original decorative details were precisely restored. Thus, the building has been returned to its authentic architectural appearance, preserving its historical value.
