Built in 1922 as a residence for Dimo Demirov, the building represents a valuable architectural example from the first half of the 20th century and has been declared a cultural monument. Its restoration aims to preserve the historical value and authentic vision while ensuring longevity and a new life for the building.
The restoration activities performed include cleaning and restoring the facade, conservation of the ornamentation, replacement of wooden window frames, repair of the wooden roof structure, and replacement of the roof covering with plastic-coated sheet metal. All necessary construction and installation works were also carried out in the interior. Through this approach, the building preserves its authentic character and vision but is adapted to modern requirements for habitation and safety.
