The building, constructed in 1924 as a residence for Eng. Rafail Gornev, holds the status of immovable cultural heritage. The restoration was carried out with the aim of preserving its historical appearance and restoring the original decorative elements.
The works performed include the renewal of the facade plaster as well as the restoration of balustrades and decorative elements. Thanks to these activities, the building has been restored, preserving its authentic architectural vision.
