The building was constructed in 1912 and was originally designed for the Bulgarian joint-stock company “Druzhba”. Today, it holds the status of an immovable cultural heritage site. The restoration was carried out with the aim of preserving its historical character and returning it to its authentic architectural vision
During the process, the facade plasters were renewed, the original decorative details were precisely restored, and repairs were made to the roof structure and its cladding. The architectural details and plasters were restored using authentic materials and methods based on hydraulic lime, as used centuries ago. Thanks to these efforts, the building has been returned to its original appearance, preserving its historical and architectural value.
