The building was constructed in 1922 as a residence for Evtimiya and Niko Vasfiyadis and holds the status of immovable cultural heritage. The restoration process focused on preserving its external historical appearance and restoring the authentic decorative elements.
The main activities performed include restoration and renewal of the facade plaster, as well as partial repair and renovation of the roof structure and cladding. As a result, the building has been restored while preserving its original architectural vision to the maximum extent.
