The building, declared an immovable cultural heritage site, is now home to the Chamber of Builders for the Varna region. The restoration was carried out with the aim of preserving its historical character and restoring its original decorative details.
The activities performed include the renewal of the facade plaster, as well as the restoration of the plinth cladding and cornice. Thanks to these efforts, the building has been renovated while maintaining its original architectural vision.
