Mountain SPA Complex Project information:
A conceptual design has been developed for a SPA complex within a park environment, located in the vicinity of Velingrad, in the “Velyovitsa” area. The complex consists of a hotel section with a spa zone and four single-family houses. The property is situated in the western part of the city and covers an area of 9,890 sq.m. Access is provided by a street connected to Republican Road II-84. Within the property boundaries, there is a displacement (slope) of approximately 5 meters. The approach to the complex is from the western side of the property, where the main entrance of the hotel is located. An internal street has been designed within the property to serve each house.
Concept:
The core idea of the project is the harmonious integration of the buildings into the environment, highlighting the natural assets of the region. The volumes “emerging” smoothly from the terrain aim to create a sense of balance and harmony with the landscape. The complex is designed to combine modern architecture, Alpine roofs, and natural materials such as stone and wood.
